Roasted Asparagus is a delicious side dish made in less than 20 minutes with only three ingredients.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick mat.
Pick up each asparagus spear and bend in half until the woody bottom snaps off. Discard bottom.
In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil and salt.
Spread spears on lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
