  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick mat. 

  2. Pick up each asparagus spear and bend in half until the woody bottom snaps off. Discard bottom. 

  3. In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil and salt.

  4. Spread spears on lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
